Hotel Policies

These are general apartment policies. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.

Check-In

14:00 - 22:00 hours. If after 22.00, an extra £15.00 will be added.

. Check-Out

11:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a penalty of £10.00 per every half hour after 11:00 AM.

. Cancellation

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the property at all times. A penalty charge of £200.00 will be charged if guests default on this.

. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. A penalty charge of £200.00 will be charged if guests default on this.

Payment

We require payment in full on your arrival.

We accept Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Please check-in at  23 Pilrig Street,
Edinburgh from 14:00 till 21:00.

Please note: for the Special Airport Package you must inform the apartments of you flight numbers and time of arrival.

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.

Apartments Edinburgh will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at the apartment on arrival. Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy
